We begin with nutrition and digestion by adopting a whole-foods, plant-based diet. This is not an exclusive, rigid diet; rather it is a process through which we learn what works best for our bodies. Next, we look at the whole person and work to evolve personal habits like stress-management and deep sleep, healthy weight, and functional movement to attain the best version of ourselves possible.
